29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): Training was not provided prior to requiring employees to use a respirator in the workplace: a) Dry Grinding Areas, Factory Floor, EP Heller Company, 21-25 Samson Avenue, Madison, NJ 07940. The employer failed to train workers exposed to carbide steel dust and are required to use Uline brand N95 filtering face pieces during dry grinding operations. Condition observed on or about 10/8/2014.
