29 CFR 1910.107(e)(5): Containers supplying spray nozzles were not closed or provided with metal coverings kept closed: a) Flammable wash spray booth - EXXSOL D60 Fluid, a class III combustible solvent (dearomatized hydrocarbons) was sprayed from an open five gallon bucket. On or about 6/27/13. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
