29 CFR 1926.103 NOTE: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 29 CFR 1910.134 of this chapter. 29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable training which did not occur annually and/or more often if necessary: (Construction Reference 1926.103) a) Jalpa Construction Corporation - The employer did not ensure effective training that is comprehensive, understandable, and recurs annually, and more often as necessary, was provided to employees who were required to use respirators. The employees were required to wear North 7140 N 95S dual strap respirator and MSA 200 LS series dual cartridge mask respirators during road construction operations.
