29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: On or about August 1, 2025, and at times prior, on a site located at 4529 Hypoluxo Road, Lake Worth, Florida, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards, in that employees who are required to wear the full-face respirators had facial hair that disrupted the seal between the respirator and their face while exposed to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Benzene, Toluene and Merican 9505 Unsaturated Isophthalic Resin.
