29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): Training was not provided prior to requiring employees to use a respirator in the workplace: a. At 4590 Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida: On or about January 29, 2025 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards, in that employees were required to wear 3M Brand, N95 filtering facepiece dustmask respirators without receiving respirator training prior to initial use of the respirators.
