29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i):The employee training did not include the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area: a) On or about January 22, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to inhalation hazards, and skin/eye irritation hazards. The employer failed to ensure employees were properly trained on the methods to detect the presence or release of hazardous chemicals/substances such as, but not limited to, carbon monoxide when performing drain tech operations such as hydrojetting.
