29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6):Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: On or about October 11, 2024, Buckeye Paper Co., Inc., failed to ensure an employee operating a powered industrial vehicle kept a clear view of the path of travel. As a result, an employee was exposed to and struck by a Linde Forklift (Model H25T/600 S/N H2x393H00577/2017) which lead to employee injuries requiring surgery.
