29 CFR 1926.451(f)(14): Makeshift devices, such as but not limited to boxes and barrels, were used on top of scaffold platforms to increase the working level height of employees: a. On a scaffold system, at a temporary worksite located, at or near, the southside of 1090 Bella Vista Boulevard in Saint Johns, Florida 32084: On or about September 10, 2024, the employer exposed employees to a 15-foot fall hazard, in that an aluminum stepladder was placed on the edge of a scaffold plank to increase the working level height as employees performed masonry work.
