29 CFR 1910.145(f)(5): Danger tags were not used where an immediate hazard presented a threat of death or serious injury to employees: a.) 26 East Chestnut Street, Lancaster, PA - Chestnut Street side - On or about June 9, 2024, tags were not posted on the interior portion of the hotel emergency exit door indicating the presence of a fall hazard immediately outside of exit discharge. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
