29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: a) Jobsite located at 650 Fairmount Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19123 - On or about February 8, 2024, the employer did not ensure an employee wearing a respirator with a tight-fitting facepieces such as, but not limited to a HDX N95 respirator was free of obstructions from facial hair, exposing the employee to respiratory hazards while performing concrete cutting activities.
