29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide effective training to ensure that each employee could demonstrate knowledge of 1910.134(k)(1)(i) - (vii): a. Facility - On or about January 25, 2024, the employer failed to ensure employees required to wear the 3M 6500 series Half Facepiece Respirator and MSA Advantage 200 LS Half Mask Respirator during building maintenance activities were provided training as required by the respiratory protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.134.
