29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. a) On or about October 6, 2023, at 1995 Elsa St., Naples, FL 34109, employees were exposed to amputation and electrical hazards in that the employer did not ensure that employees were trained in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control to prevent employee exposure to moving/rotating parts and 480V electrical energy during maintenance /repairs/trouble-shooting of the Eagle Concrete Crusher Machine Model 1200-25.
