29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i):The employer did not certify that each operator had been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l): Location: 1 Princeton Road, Burlington, MA On or about 12/22/22, the employer did not ensure that each employee who utilized a rough terrain forklift had received training which included formal instruction, practical (hands on) training, and an evaluation with a written certification of completion. John B. Gioiosa Construction, Inc dba JBG Construction, Inc, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518277, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/23/21, with respect to a workplace located at Terrace Hall Avenue, Burlington, MA 01803.
