29 CFR 1926.454(a)(3): The employer did not train each employee who performs work on a scaffold, by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards, including the proper use of the scaffold and the proper handling of materials on the scaffold as per reference 19.27(a). WORKSITE/BASKETBALL GYMNASIUM: On r about August 2, 2022, the employer had not provided the employees operating the Tallescope Upright scaffold with training to recognize the hazards associated with the scaffold.
