29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee could demonstrate knowledge of why the respirator was necessary and how improper fit, usage, or maintenance could compromise the protective effect of the respirator: (a) Throughout Establishment, Pool Storage Area and Maintenance Department: On or about August 2, 2022, the employer did not have any training records to show employees wearing a half-face elastomeric respirator were provided information, such as but not limited to, limitations of the respirator, cleaning, and storage.
