Facility at 140 Centre of New England Boulevard in Coventry, RI: a. On or about August 1, 2022, the employer did not ensure respirators were cleaned and disinfected properly for employees that cut, grind and polish silica-containing materials and are provided with or allowed to wear N-95 and elastomeric respirators.
