29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1)(iv): A description of the procedures used to restrict access to work areas, when necessary, to minimize the number of employees exposed to respirable crystalline silica and their level of exposure, including exposures generated by other employers or sole proprietors. 4 McGuire Road, Lexington, MA a) On or about 6/29/21, the employer did not implement an exposure control plan that described how the employer would restrict access to areas where employees were generating crystalline silica during tasks including but not limited to, employees conducting mortar removal with power tools and cutting bricks which can generate dusts containing crystalline silica.
