29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i):Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: a) Paint booth: On or about March 18, 2021 and prior to, employees were exposed to inhalation hazards from chemicals in paints to include Ethyl Acetate, Isobutyl Acetate and n-Butyl Acetate while conducting spray painting work tasks with required use of a half mask respirator and the employer is not ensuring respirators are stored properly to prevent contamination.
