29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) At the facility, 205 East 1st Street, Corning, N.Y. : The employer provided and required employees to wear a KN95 respirator. The employer did not provide employees such as, but not limited to CNAs, Physical Therapists and Housekeepers with a fit-test These employees were providing direct care to suspected and /or confirmed COVID positive residents.
