29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Throughout the facility, Innova Gloucester Deptford Bridge Operations LLC in Deptford, NJ - The employer provided N95 respirators and respirators labeled as KN95s at the facility. Employees such as, but not limited to, LPNs, RNs, CNAs and housekeeping staff who provided care and services for COVID-19 positive and suspect residents were not fit tested, on or about 4/19/2020 and after. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
