29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide effective training to employees who were required to use respirators: a) Oakland Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center at 20 Breakneck Road, Oakland NJ: On or about May 6, 2020, and continuing thereafter, the employer did not provide employees, including nurses, CNAs, and patient care assistants, who were required to wear 3M #8210 N95 respirators to protect against exposure to SARS-CoV-2 with effective training in the use, cleaning, and storage of a respirator, before requiring their use.
