29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): Training was not provided prior to requiring employees to use a respirator in the workplace: a) At the facility, 2305 Rancocas Road in Burlington, NJ - The Employer provided and required to use of respirators at the facility. The employer did not provide the housekeeping employees that were required to wear N95 respirators and respirators labeled as KN95 with respirator training prior to their use, on or about 4/6/2020 and after. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
