29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide effective training that covered the required elements in 1910.134(k)(1)(i) through 1910.134(k)(1)(vii): a) 250 Bloomfield Avenue, Bloomfield, NJ. On or about April 23, 2020, and continuing thereafter, the employer did not provide training on the fit, usage and maintenance of respirators to employees, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Patient Care Assistants, who were required to wear N95 filtering face piece respirators when working with residents, including those under investigation and/or confirmed as COVID-19 positive.
