29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(2): At least every 12 months, the equipment was not inspected by a qualified person. Disassembly is required, as necessary, to complete the inspection. On or about September 18, 2019, the employer did not ensure the crane was inspected by a qualified person to which, as necessary, disassembly would allow the completion of the inspection. This exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
