29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable training which did not occur annually and/or more often if necessary: (Construction Reference 1926.103) (a) 144 S. Dupont Highway: New Castle, DE - On or about August 22, 2019, the employer failed to ensure employees who are required to wear respirators during the mixing of Portland Cement, received comprehensive and understandable Respiratory Protection Training.
