29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure walking-working surfaces were maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: The employer does not ensure walking-working surfaces are maintained free from holes and leaks as follows: b) This violation was observed on or about June 4, 2019, at the upholstery shop, where holes, depressions, and wet areas were observed in the wood floor. This exposes employees to slip and trip hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards.
