29 CFR 1910.120(q)(2)(xi): The emergency response plan did not address, to the extent not addressed elsewhere, personal protective equipment and emergency equipment: a) EN Plating Line, Tank D-12: Employees performed an emergency response when they responded to the overheating of 600 gallons of 35% nitric acid, and the employer's emergency response plan did not address the use of specific personal protective equipment (e.g., respiratory protection) to be donned during emergency response incidents, as discovered on or about 04/24/2019.
