29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) On or about March 20, 2019, an indoor/outdoor rated; approximately 100 foot long, 14 AWG, flexible cord in the plumbing testing department was powering a sump pump with its strain relief connection damaged indicating that it had been pulled away from its fittings and devices exposing employees using it to an electrical shock hazard.
