29 CFR 1910.333(a): Safety-related work practices were not employed to prevent electric shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts, when work was performed near or on equipment or circuits which were or could be energized: a) 650 Boulder Dr. Suite 100A, Breinigsville, PA - on or about February 4, 2019, maintenance employees performed electrical work on potentially energized internal electrical components of equipment and the facility which operates at 480V, but the employer did not develop or implement safety-related work practices.
