29 CFR 1926.1153(e)(1)(ii): Respiratory protection was not provided for tasks not listed in Table 1, or where the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection described in Table 1: a) Construction site, Harleysville PA - On or about December 6, 2018, The employer did not implement the engineering controls as required in Table 1 and the employer did not provide respiratory protection, for employees using a Stihl TS 700 cut off saw to cut concrete pipe (a Table 1 Task) exposing employees silica inhalation hazards.
