29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: 100 Simplex Dr, Westminster, MA On March 27, 2018 at the opening of the inspection, the employer had not trained new company and temporary employees on the energy control program since March 2017. On the day of the inspection, one of those new employees was setting up a folder gluer machine without having received training on the energy control program.
