29 CFR 1926.451(f)(15): Ladders were used on scaffolds to increase the working level height of employees: (a) A 2 foot portable step-ladder was used on a scaffold platform to gain extra height by an electrician installing electrical equipment. This exposed the employee to a fall hazard.
