29 CFR 1926.452(i)(7): Platform units were not nailed, bolted, or otherwise secured to outriggers to prevent their displacement: a) On or about July 27, 2017 and at times prior, Quest Masonry, Inc., as the creating and correcting employer, did not ensure that the planks were nailed, bolted, or secured to the outriggers to prevent their displacement. A foreman of Quest Masonry Inc. and Funez Stucco LLC were working on each end of the outer planks when one of the workers moved towards the other worker. The planks tilted to one side which caused both workers to fall approximately 40 feet to the ground.
