29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Each affected employee shall be instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure. a) Worksite: Employees are required to provide repair and maintenance on equipment such as, but not limited to an Otto Martin Maschinebau T26 Router , Otto Martin Maschinebau T72 Table Saw , and a Sicma DT530 Plainer. The employees were not provided with Lockout/Tagout training; on or about 4/11/17. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
