29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110- Anodizing: Employees accessed areas including, but not limited to, the anodizing tanks by using equipment including, but not limited to, a self-supporting portable Louisville A-frame ladder in the folded position, which did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing, observed on or about 2/24/2017. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
