29 CFR 1926.452(k)(5): Ladder Jack Scaffold platforms were bridged on to another: Jobsite: Employees were using ladder jack scaffolding that was bridged in the middle exposing them to falls and struck-by hazards. Ridge Brothers Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 401082, citation number 1, item number 3-b and was affirmed as a final order on June 22, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 95 Bridge Street, Beverly, MA 01915.
