29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable training which did not occur annually and/or more often if necessary: a). On or about 4/21/16, on site, for employees working in the wood shop required to don a 3M N95 dust mask when conducting sanding operations. The employer did not provide respirator training. b). On or about 4/21/16, on site, for employees required to don a 3M 1/2 mask respirator when conducting spray painting operations in a paint booth. The employer did not provide respirator training.
