29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary: a. Spray Booth: On or about February 23, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards while applying flammable and combustible liquids, such as but not limited to, Ethylbenzene, Xylene, Trimethylbenzene, Methoxy-propanol, Light Aromatic Hydrocarbons, Butoxyethanol, Triethylene Tetramine and Polyamide (Sherwin Williams Tile Clad B62 TZ 104 Epoxy). The employer failed to ensure adequate cleaning was being performed to keep surfaces free from combustible residue accumulation.
