29 CFR 1910.107(c)(9)(i): 29 CFR 1910.107(c)(9)(i): All metal parts of spray booths, exhaust ducts, and piping systems conveying flammable liquids or liquids with a flashpoint greater than 199.4 °F (93 °C) or aerated solids were not properly electrically grounded in an effective and permanent manner: a) Warehouse Area - On or about 1/30/15, the spray booth, where flammable materials are sprayed, was constructed of steel and contained an exhaust fan and piping that are carbon steel. The metal parts were not grounded. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
