29 CFR 1910.95(l)(1): The employer did not post a copy of 29 CFR 1910.95 in the workplace: At the inspection site, a copy of 29 CFR 1910.95 Occupational Noise Exposure was not posted for employees who were exposed to noise levels in excess of the allowable 8-hour Time Weighted Average (TWA) sound level of 85 dBA while engaged in production of stainless steel centrifugal castings, exposing employees to the hazards of occupational noise.
