29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Dry Grinding Areas, Factory Floor, EP Heller Company, 21-25 Samson Avenue, Madison, NJ 07940. The employer failed to fit test workers exposed to carbide steel dust and are required to use Uline brand N95 filtering face pieces during dry grinding operations. Condition observed on or about 10/8/2014.
