29 CFR 1910.1026(l)(2)(i)(A): The employer did not provide appropriate information and training for all employees exposed to chromium (VI), in that employees could not demonstrate knowledge of the contents of the Chromium (VI) standard, 29 CFR 1910.1026: a) Spray painting booth, on or about 3/26/14: A spray painter overexposed to chromium (VI) while applying chromated epoxy polyamide yellow primer to helicopter parts was not provided with training on contents of the standard including, but not limited to, the need to use work practice controls in bringing chromium (VI) levels down to the lowest achievable levels.
