29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: a.) Mattocks Five, Inc. dba Albion Mill, grain bin area- 73 Canal Street, Albion, Pa, 16401, on or about August 14, 2013, and times prior thereto: Company employees voluntarily used 3M brand Full facepiece air purifying respirators and/or disposable dust masks during grain shoveling operations. Employees that used the respirators were not provided the information in Appendix D to this section.
