29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(H): Process safety information pertaining to the equipment in the process did not include the safety systems: a) For the Airgas covered process at 6601 E. 14th Ave., Tampa, FL, as observed on or about 08/12/2013, process safety information on the emergency stop system for propylene bulk tanks was not present in the process safety information compiled by the employer. The emergency stop system included two separate shutoff switches, an electrical push button, a nitrogen tank, pneumatic tubing/pipe for the nitrogen, an electrical to pneumatic/pressure signal converter, and emergency shutoff valves labeled PV1 through PV6 on the process and instrumentation diagram. No technical information on this system or its components was available and compiled in the employer's process safety information.
