29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, post, frames, and/or uprights were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement: a. On or about April 25, 2013, the scaffold system was not plumb in that two of the scaffold legs were in holes which left the scaffold system unlevel, exposing employees to a 16 feet fall hazard.
