29 CFR 1910.26(c)(3)(iii): Ladders were used on surfaces which did not provide a secure footing: a) Boat Dock - on March 06, 2013, employees were using an aluminum ladder that did not have the ladder base secured against shifting or sliding at the bottom, exposing employees up to a 11 foot fall hazard. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION ARE NOT REQUIRED
