29 CFR 1926.451(f)(12): The employer used wind screens without securing the scaffold against the additional anticipated wind forces. 16 Dog Lane, Storrs, CT 06268: On or about 12/27/2012 the employer did not secure the scaffold against anticipated wind forces when wrapping the entire scaffold with wind screens. A fabricated metal frame scaffold collapsed due to wind forces applied to the wind screens.
