29 CFR 1910.177(f): The employer did not establish a safe operating procedure for servicing multi-piece rim wheels which contained, at a minimum, the elements listed in 29 CFR 1910.177(f)(1) through (11): On or about October 31, 2012, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the employer did not establish and implement a safe operating procedure for employees who inflated multi-piece rim tires.
