29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Assigned storage spaces for cylinders was not located away from elevators, stairs, or gangways where cylinders could not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons: Employees entering in the area of the South exterior of the Oil building were exposed to fire and struck-by hazards in that pressurized oxygen cylinders was not secured to keep it from being knocked over or damaged. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at the time of inspection. No certification is required.tion
