29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: On or about August 1, 2025, and at times prior, on a site located at 4529 Hypoluxo Road, Lake Worth, Florida, the employer required employees to wear a full-face respirator when entering an underground fuel tank when exposed to respiratory hazards such as, but not limited to, Benzene, Toluene and Merican 9505 Unsaturated Isophthalic Resin, while entering an underground fuel tank to conduct repairs, without being fit tested prior to the use of the respirator.
